I wanted to buy an SQ5 for cash and after suffering through bait and switch tactics and pathetic customer service at Toronto area Audi dealers, I decided to try Mark Motors in Ottawa. A truly exceptional experience, the salesman Zel was professional, well dressed and very knowledgeable. I bought the SQ5 and am very pleased. FYI, there were two other couples from the GTA at Mark Motors in Ottawa for the same reason...snotty, game playing amateurs at Audi in the GTA. The trip to Ottawa is highly recommended.

Amazing, stellar service!! After arriving for what ended up being a non-existent appointment (yep, it was the partner's vehicle that was supposed to be at the other dealership!!), they were empathetic and quick to problem solve. They also possibly saved my partner's life by promptly fitting me in for an appointment that was soon-needed anyways! Always great service with a smile - but today was extra special! Thanks folks!

Eric Bachmann in sales provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have purchased brand new vehicles from Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, and Mercedes Benz with no problems but experienced various pressure tactics from this dealership. He kept insisting that I was not committed in purchasing the vehicle and that he had other things to do. I think these guys forget that they are the ones working at the dealership and not the ones buying the 100k Audi s6. It was just very frustrating dealing with his poor attitude and low level pressure techniques. Audi will need to make several adjustments in their sales department in order to improve their incredibly low reviews. You guys are rated this low for a reason.

*Fantastic job* from the new Service Department at 458 Montreal Rd, for fixing my 2012 A5's water pump out of warranty, at a fraction of the cost, by sharing the burden with me. Bonus points for a free loaner over the weekend. Well done!

Parts department handled everything well, parts came in sooner than expected and called me first thing in the morning to notify me. Very pleased with the entire process. The final conclusion will come after I pick up the parts tomorrow(as I ordered another part when I was notified this morning) all thanks go to Jordan
