Q5 was ready when scheduled but after one week, we were advised that the cam shaft was flawed and had to be replaced. Mark Motors provided a loaner car and repaired the cam shaft in a few days. All is good and they have been professional in all dealings.

This being our third vehicle purchased from Mark Motors, it was / has been a great experience. Our 2017 Q7 has had its first service, we purchased the Audi Care Package, so the experience was stress free and prompt. The purchasing experience was made so simple and stress free by Eric Bachmann, everything was done at our leisure and most of the work through email. We would definitely recommend Eric to any of our friends and family that are looking to purchase an Audi in the future.
