Recently just purchased the new 2021 Jeep Gladiator and traded in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, everyone was super helpful, kind and professional. Everything went smooth, definitely looking forward to seeing their new location for my first service.

Synthetic oil changed turns into conventional

Discussed and decided on synthetic oil change with service advisor. Also gave a coupon for synthetic oil change and after the fact found out it was conventional oil only put in. All I was offered to fix this is the discount applied to my next oil change. Wow... Also had asked about a winter package they have on for a oil change and tire rotation that would have ended up around the same price but was told tire rotation is only needed at the second oil change. After the fact I look up in their wall and it shows at the KMs and M2 is was getting that the tires should have been rotated. I'm not going to rely on service advisors to know about their own maintenance schedules and just do my maintenance at home from now on. I don't have a feeling that I would be getting the correct information or even work from Laurentian.

Oil change/ brakes check

Thank you so much. I can say the issues with my brakes has been finally repaired and I do NOT have any squeaking or screeching from my brakes at all thus far. Thank you for whatever was done differently from the previous 3 visits.
