Repairs to truck have been on going concern since purchased dodge rebel never finding cause attempt to fix many issues with tires : wheels still dealing with Loud tires after service my engine light went on manager wouldn’t allow my tow to go to their shop and had to send my truck to another shop closer last dodge i will buy lifetime buying just ended

Fixed my radio problem. Had an issue with my radio resetting constantly. Brought it here as my local dealer was giving me the run around. Fixed it with a simple update. Thanks Laurentian!

Fixed my radio problem. Had an issue with my radio resetting constantly. Brought it here as my local dealer was giving me the run around. Fixed it with a simple update. Thanks Laurentian! Update: Radio was fixed temporarily. Needed to return once so they could get a serial number and again to have the radio replaced. All was covered by my factory warranty. They did try to up sell me on some brake work but with only 30k on the truck, I’ll live with a slight pulsation until the pads are worn out. Then she will get some better quality aftermarket brakes.

Generally happy overall. Would have liked to know the AC was not working on the used vehicle I purchased in full disclosure but Andy was friendly and helpful.
