I did majority of my purchase over the phone. Very knowledgeable employees and will actually call you back with more info/updates (unlike some other poor dealerships I've dealt with). Tyler and Krista was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Buying the car was a great experience. Fast forward to my first oil change and it was a different experience. Booking it was easy however when I brought my car in, the service workers had little to no personality. No greeting, direction or anyone to help guide the car in. I expressed I had leaves under the hood and while they were doing the service if they could take them out. After the service was complete they told me while walking away from me that the car was done and meet at the cash. Told me lots of car jargon about the next service and the hundreds of dollars it would cost. Not to mention when I got home the leaves were still in the hood of my car!!! Not impressed.

My Honda Family!

I once went to a Honda dealership while I was way out of town because of a low tire. While they were polite and competent, I was really woken up to how special Brantford Honda has made me feel. I have been a Brantford Honda customer since leaving a nightmare experience with another company (my first ever vehicle!). I have never looked back. Everyone there has been wonderful and always appreciative to me as a customer. I've never felt pressured and always felt SAFE driving away. Even when I had my car serviced somewhere else (nearly serious accident from a bad break job) and they had to fix it for me..they barely charged me and didn't say I told you so;). They have supported me personally and recently with a huge charity/advertising event for my son. Very cool guys thank you always. Although Scott is my main man, I can't say enough about Trevor and how great he is even when clearly managing a lot. My only complaint would be his choice in NHL teams. All the service guys, Franny, finance team and managers have been great to me over the years. Seriously not one complaint. I can't wait to make another purchase in the next little while and recommit to such a great dealership such as Brantford Honda (set aside a dark blue CRV for me please!) - JAKESMUM

Hello all, I had my Honda Civic serviced, and I’m extreamy happy with Trevor and the service department team, they are very helpful and friendly and fast. I drive from Hamilton to Branford just to service my civic there because the whole team at Brantford honda is the BEST!!! Thank you so much, keep up the great work!!!

Bought a 2013 Honda CRV and a 2013 Honda Accord Sport Also another family member bought a 2017 Honda Accord EXL So with the 2013 Accord apparently Honda lowered the price thinking the car had went through their shop already (their process of taking a used car and making sure all safety needs are met and whatever else they do) I guess this usually costs them a couple thousand (so they say)... still their mistake not mine. However when the deal was made new tires were to be put on the car, this did not happen and eventually they gave me west lake tires that they loaded into the back of the CRV. We ended up returning these as west lakes are not a very safe tire to have on your car... I expected a cheap set but not the worst set of tires they could possibly find. Also I still need a rear accord headrest I think they put in a civic headrest. 2013 Honda CRV did not start the day after we brought it home so Brantford Honda towed it to their lot and replaced the battery... car wouldn't start a few weeks later... found out Brantford Honda put the wrong size battery in the CRV. I asked em what they could do for the 2 days missed wages for my wife.. not an unreasonable request I dont think. they have done nothing to address this. 2017 Honda Accord was bought when their was a commercial about a set of free new snow tires with the purchase of a used or new car. Apparently because of the deal that was made with this car that was no longer applicable... funny the commercial never said anything about that. I've let this sit for awhile now still with no resolution. So hey I love the Honda products and ill prolly get another set of Hondas. But as of right now it wont be from Brantford Honda. Sad way to lose 3 good customers Some things you can do if this place gives you a hard time - Contact Honda Canada - Contact Ontario's Vehicle Sales Regulator (OMVIC) - File a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) - If all else fails you can also take them to small claims court Also see attached if you ever wonder why most car dealerships have a low number of negative reviews... guess you have to go into my profile to see the photo so ill just copy and paste the email from Laura Purkiss; (Hi Ashley, We have re-ordered your head rest as we had it ready for you in November unfortunately it is a special order part and won’t be in until Feb 22nd. Your tires are ready for tomorrow afternoon, however I require your husband to remove his derogatory comments online. Govern yourself accordingly and I have no issue gifting new tires.)

I recently purchased a new car from Brantford Honda and worked with Papa Amoah. Wow!!!!! He lives up to his Instagram name showtime@BrantfordHonda. Papa is extremely friendly and polite and has all the answers I needed. I was specific about what I was looking for and Papa was able to provide many options and always contacted me with updates. Buying a car can be frustrating and leave you feeling like you paid more then what the car is worth. My experience with Brantford Honda, specifically Papa, left me feeling the exact opposite. I will recommend to everyone I know looking for a new car to contact Papa. Thanks again Papa, Matt
