Exceptional service and a positive, no-pressure purchasing experience. I love being a part of the Brantford Honda family. My salesperson Kelli Oshanek was phenomenal. My business manager Krista Pikula did a fantastic job as well. Thank you to Brantford Honda for taking care of me.

Great Service Again

As usual the service provided was great. Adam takes the time to explain things and asks for any questions. I find that all service reps have been similar in their approach, and can (without reservation) recommend this dealership.

Everyone was nice, especially Erica Agnes, our sales person who greeted us every time with a warm enthusiastic smile and an energy that made the usually unpleasant car buying experience fun again. Sales Manager Mike Oakley was helpful and fair in the process and everyone at Brantford Honda seemed committed to keeping our business. Thanks

Papa is #1. By far the most outstanding service-not pushy, accommodating, no gimmicks, honest. I hate car shopping with a passion, but not with Papa. Makes you feel like you are old friends. Ask for him, specifically.

Seeing the sign for Brantford Honda as I'm coming on the highway from Guelph always brings a smile to my face. I know that the service will be excellent, the people very friendly, and Trevor is always welcoming as the information needed is given to him. My, but those Honda cars in the showroom are so enticing!! One of these days I will have to check into doing a trade, but my 2003 Honda Civic runs perfectly, and has been well maintained my the Honda Mechanics at Brantford Honda. Thanks to all of you for the jobs you do, and for not taking advantage by suggesting repairs that are not necessary. That speaks volumes as to the character and reputation of Brantford Honda.

Not happy

The only reason I'm not giving this a poor is because of James... As a salesman he's done his job. As for the rest of Brantford Honda im extremely disappointed with the level of service from many areas . Specially after being a customer with them for over 10 years I'm pretty sure when my current lease is up I will not be returning to Brantford Honda but searching outside my area for another Honda dealer
