Went to buy my first vehicle and had a good experience. The vehicle I purchased needed several things fixed and they are all getting fixed a promised by the sales rep I dealt with, Papa Amoah. He is a great rep to deal with and overall the experience was a positive one.

A very easy car buying experience, unlike some I’ve had! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and Papa was very friendly, informative, and made things easy for me. I definitely recommend going to see Papa at Brantford Honda if you’re looking for a pre-owned vehicle!

This was the best service appointment to date that I have had at Honda. The service rep was fast and very friendly , in a sincere kind of way! Authentic! And while I was waiting, the guy at the coffee machine was very helpful too! And to beat that, I was just wandering around the show room and a sales rep approached. Not pushy at all, just super at ease and friendly; making sure I didn't get missed ! Great team at Brantford Honda!

Brad listened to what I wanted and showed me a car that had everything on my list. The price was great and they gave me good value for my trade in vehicle. Would definitely recommend. Honda even offers nights to come in and meet the tech team and learn about your car. Their customer service far exceeds my expectations and goes over and above any other dealerships I have dealt with! Great job Honda! When I’m ready for a new vehicle will definitely go back!

Erica was a fantastic sales rep to work with. From the day that I sat down into her office to the day that I picked up my new car, Erica was there. She answered any questions that I had, told me how everything would work, and kept in contact when I called. Would definitely recommend Brantford Honda to anyone. Every car I have ever owned has been a Honda and more precisely a Brantford Honda. 1996 Honda Civic, 2004 Honda Civic, 2004 Honda Odyssey, 2008 Honda CRV, 2014 Civic, and most recently a 2017 CRV. All great cars from a dealership that I feel values us as loyal customers. Our 2017 CRV was purchased through a new sales associate, Papa Amoah and he was fantastic to deal with. He was able to answer any questions we had and he really worked hard to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Post sale, Papa has made a few well placed follow ups just to see how we are enjoying our CRV. It's really nice to see a sale person care about you after the sale.
