I have had excellent experience with them, just got my second car with them and ive got to say they will go out of their way to help you get a vehicle,hass rafih and his team i would recomend them to anybody that are looking to purchase a car empire auto group east is the way to go .

Terrible service. They will do anything to get you in a car, bight after you drive off the lot everything will go wrong and they will do whatever excuses they can to not fix the issues. After fighting with them for 30 days, they will tell you you're now stuck with it and offer after market parts that you have to pay for. Even though they kept promising to fix the issue from day 1. Don't waste your time or give them your money. Go to a good dealership! I ended up with a better car and a way better interest rate.

Great experience with Empire. The team effort is a real winner. Craig did an awesome job putting together a great deal on our new 2014 Edge. Malik and Al took care of all the details. Ray did an excellent job on the detailing. We're very happy with our purchase from the Empire Team!
