Great Service from these guys, my nephew Justin was having a hard time getting a car and these guys made it happen, the salesman Hass was excellent and worked with him for well over a month, we were 7 hours away from the dealership and they bent over backwards to keep it within his budget! 5 Stars is well deserved!

The customer service was amazing. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure that I got into an amazing car and that it was in great condition. He never lied he was up front honest and by far the best experience I have had.

The guys on Dundas Street said they would get me in a vehicle and they did just that. Our reps worked vigorously to get it done. I could ask for no better place to purchase from than Empire. I would highly recommend going to them. They put me in a vehicle that fit my family and my budget as well as something I asked for. Thank you Empire guys. We will definitely be back

We were in need of a vehicle. The Staff here has went above and beyond to help me and my wife get into a vehicle. I would highly recommend going to the Dundas location to purchase a vehicle. They don't stop. When they say they will get you into a vehicle, they make sure you do. We will definitely return for future vehicles.

What an experience

I've encountered one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.Not even the big car dealers make it this easy. I was approved by a top financial institution with a low interest rate when I thought all was lost. All it really took was answering a few basic questions by one of their remarkable sales manager by the name of Craig. The hardest thing I had to do was to drive from Toronto to London, test drive and select my vehicle and that was it. My vehicle will be delivered in a few days. Excellent staff, very helpful and on point making the experience simple and easy. Awesome job guys if there is such as 11 out of 10 you've earned it. #empireteamyourock
