Empire Auto is an outstanding Group. The Financial Manager Malik was so helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner..My new car was delivered and I am over the moon thrilled with it.. So excited to get my new vehicle in a week!! Sam did an amazing job at finding me something that not only worked with my budget but was safe and reliable for my family. He is patient and makes sure you understand 100% everything before you sign. He is respectful and always puts his customers happiness first. Thank you so much for everything! Sam was amazing and was able to help me get a vehicle I loved even though my credit is THE WORST at an affordable rate!!!! Cant go wrong I definitely will be back next year to upgrade!!!!! Highly recommend, they work for you !

The customer service and overall level of service provided was exceptional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hass and his knowledge and professionalism assisted me so well. Hass is a great asset for empire auto group for sure. He made my experience so good and I am definitely going to share the experience with my friends and family. Also it was my first car in Canada, He helped a lot to get the right math for me to fit my budget. Wonderful experience!!!!!!!

Such great service, work, team, they were able to offer and do everything that I needed them to do for me that other dealerships weren’t able to do for me!
