My old Van broke down on the highway, and i didn't know what to do, I told my sister what happened and she told me about her friend Hass who works at Empire Auto Group, She called him for me and he immediately called me within 15 mins to set up an appointment that day to see what he could do to help, Long story short, He not only got me an amazing Van but he lowered Interest rate paid off my existing loan, he hooked me up with a Rental car from his friends at Enterprise, and got me great insurance lower than i had previously had (What can't this guy do!!!!) 4 days later i am driving my new Toyota Sienna, which my Kids and I absolutely LOVE we are over the moon about it. Hass is one of the good ones, every promise he made, he deliveried on and more THANKS SO MUCH Hass, I highly recommend anyone to go see this guy if you need a great vehicle and a honest salesman he is the Best. We bought a car from them 9 month ago, the roof of the car had some damage plus bunch a scratch marks on the buddy, we point out all that needed to be fixed to the sale guy and he promised to fix it when the weather got better, for nine month they been avoiding us, yesterday my wife went there and she get into a big argument with them, I went today and talk to Sam and his telling me that the guy who sold us the car been transferred to another dealership that empire group owns, they can’t do anything about it, I will never deal with Empire auto group again.

Terrible service department

Bought a 2012 caravan from empire auto on July 12 2019 upon picking it up the ac didn't work was guaranteed it would be repaired on July 13 2019 all of the warning lights came on brought it back for repairs as of August 12 been there 3 times all warning lights still on and they broke the rear ac lines at the condenser and capped them
