Empire Auto Group has so far been amazing to deal with. Having some reservations with dealing with a car dealership Sam, Kareem and many more helped have helped me each step of the way. Straight forward answers and educational with the processes . Can’t wait to receive my vehicle - they listened and went out of their way to tailor my car needs!!! Treated me like family, professional and 100% trustworthy As a single mom and someone who needed a little more finessing they picked me up to see the car, helped with financials and even explained the dynamics of the shop work. I gave Al a call last Friday to trade in my car, Saturday afternoon I went in to see what he was able to do, Saturday evening I walked out with a new car. Al worked complete magic for me. I walked out debt free from my current car and starting fresh on a new car. Al knew things were tight and he squeezed everything he could do for me. I am extremely impressed! And the bonus because I am working and done my day when they close they are delivering me my car to my workplace tomorrow for me!

My car's A/C failed a month into my new car from Empire. They assured me they'd fix it... recharged it and I was on my way. When it failed again 3 months later, I knew it had a leak. The CarFax also showed the previous owner had the same issue. Empire promised to fix it. As it was fall by then, we agreed to hold off until spring. Come spring, the service advisor tells me it could cost thousands to take apart the dash. They didn't even investigate if it might be the compressor or something cheap. They said if I agreed to purchase another used car from them THEN they'd fix my previous car free. Screw this group of clowns... don't EVER purchase from Empire.

Great guy there I cant remember his name but I went on a Sunday just to take a glance at a van I saw online and there was someone there and even tho they were closed he had no problem getting the keys and showing me around it and letting me drive it around the lot not many dealers that will do that on a Sunday definitely 5 out of 5
