No Pressure, extremely straight forward and hassle free

I went in just to inquire about about the possibility of buying a new car and Andrew Crowe took care of me as all the sales team were busy, he showed me some options took me on a test drive and then sat down with me again. Not once did I feel pressured. Ultimately that's what made me go back for my purchase. This is when Dilhan Mendis stepped in and guided me the rest of the way with the same professional business level that made my buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. The finance side through Rebecca Nickerson was the exact same as the rest and I look forward to dealing with this team in the future and reccomend, especially for first time car buyers like myself!

I enjoyed my new car buying experience at Bytek Volkswagen. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a car and I was given plenty of time to consider all my options. My sales representative (Brett) was even planning to come in on his days off to conclude the sale with me. But on that particular day I decided to sit down and sign the paper, Dave was available to assist me with my decision. He was very calm and patient, even allowing me to have a 30 minute conversation with my Dad over the phone before I finalized the sale. Dave was also nice enough to throw in a couple of extras which made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Since then, Brett has always been available to assist me with all my questions. The service department has also been very helpful with assisting me with regards to an issue with my seat heater. Thanks Bytek! I look forward to future business with you.

Dilhan is who sealed the deal for us. We had been in to this dealership about 3-4 months prior when we were just starting to look and were not overly impressed with the individual we dealt with then. When it came time for us to seriously find something we were looking at at least 4 different dealerships, 4 different companies. Dilhan is the reason we went with Bytek Volkswagen. The service we received from both him and Rebecca Nickerson when it came time to sign the papers was truly unlike any other dealership we had been in. They were both amazing and honestly they are both the reason we felt so comfortable and confident in our decision to go with Bytek. Could not be happier and will highly recommend anyone we can to see Dilhan!

Purchasing my first VW from Bytek was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. David V. was incredibly helpful and was focused on understanding my needs and wants in a car. This made my experience significantly better than in the past, where to representative were more interested in closing the sale then answering my question. Thank you David for your patience, I absolutely love my new Golf! I'm already thinking about my next VW, looking forward to replacing our SUV with the new Tiguan. Thanks again, Kevin

Purchase of 2015 VW Jetta

I have given 5 stars as a rating of the Product Specialist, not Bytek Automotive. I would only give the dealership a 4 star rating - although I had an appointment to pick up my car, it was not ready and I had to wait 1 hour. When I got home I noticed it had not been properly detailed and I had to return the following week to have stains removed from the back seat upholstery.

I recently met Mr. Eric Dupuis at Bytek who was extremely helpful, courteous, and spent a significant amount of time helping me with a vehicle appraisal that I required. I had not purchase my Volkswagen Tiguan from Bytek, but I had previously serviced my vehicles there. I was very impressed to see how helpful they were, and how they went the "extra mile" to provide me with a comprehensive appraisal and report - all at no cost! They are truly customer-focused, and I will definitely be purchasing my next Tiguan from Bytek. Incredibly courteous and very efficient service! Highly recommended!
