Simply put, this service department doesn't care if they waste your time. Dropped car off first thing in the morning before it was even open. Wrote down that I would be back to get the car at 3:30pm. Showed up at 3:50pm and car wasn't ready until 4:15pm. This is unacceptable waste of customers time. Will never be back. Right, so 8 hours wasn't enough time to do an oil change and the recall work? Sorry that's a lame excuse, and the same one I got while I was at the dealership. Car was there for 8 hours, it should have been completed. Organize your time better and care about your customers time!

We are sorry that your car was not completed on time, Gary. That said, there were two outstanding safety recalls that applied to your vehicle, and we had to perform them while the vehicle was in the shop. I know that it was a little extra time- but we feel that your safety was worth the additional time! Please feel free to contact our service manager, Greg Taylor, directly if you would like to further discuss this matter.

Had the pleasure of being serviced by Derrik. He was able to find the perfect car within my budget, answer any questions i had, and solve any problems i presented. There was no pressure or crazy sales tricks, which was a nice change from other dealerships i visited! Rebecca was also amazing, a very positive person, who answered emails concerning paperwork even after hours! As for the car, the Jetta i'm leasing puts any Honda, Toyota, Chevy, etc to shame with its beauty and handeling. The car has soooo much space, trunk room, and style. All in all, I most likely will be leasing my cars from here for life.

Rebecca was also amazing, a very positive person, who answered emails concerning paperwork even after hours! As for the car, the Jetta i'm leasing puts any Honda, Toyota, Chevy, etc to shame with its beauty and handeling. The car has soooo much space, trunk room, and style. All in all, I most likely will be leasing my cars from here for life.

Andrew Quadling was very helpful during the sales process and was quick to take us on several test drives. Although we eventually went with a different brand vehicle, I will go back to Andrew at Bytek when I am shopping for my next car.

I recently went in and purchased a 2015 VW Jetta. It was such a smooth process and my sales person David. V Was very knowledgable and created a pressure free environment. I got my car appraised right away as I was trading in a car, and 2 hours of walking in the dealership, I walked out approved and days away from getting into my new VW. I couldn't be more happier with the service I received. Thank you again, I can guarantee I will be back!

Great Car Buying Experience

After going through a hassle at a Ford Dealership. Going to Bytek was the best decision I made. At first I made an inquiry on a vehicle, then received an E-mail from David Vaughan asking if I wanted to set up a test drive. Within 2 days I went in and was greeted by the Sales Manager (Cory) who appraised my car right away, and went on a test drive in a 2015 Jetta. In a no pressure environment, I ended up purchasing the car. Was approved to finance the car the same day. And drove home with it within 3 business days. It was a smooth process, and the communication with the business manager was great. Thank you to the Bytek Team!
