my engine light was on and the problem showing was engine cam shaft positioning sensor, so i changed that part with them. After 2 days, my engine light came on with the same problem although they changed it there and i have been trying to contact them for an appointment to see what is wrong with the car and no one got back at me yet.

Thank you for your review and feedback, Fatih. We changed the cam shaft positioning sensor as per your request, as you had this diagnosed at a non- VW dealership (third party). Of course, we would be happy to properly diagnose the issue for you, and have booked two appointments with you to do this, but unfortunately, you were not able to attend each time. Please let us know if you would like to book a third appointment, as we are keen to resolve this issue for you!

Similar to other comments below, Bytek doesn't value its customer's time. Bytek overbooks service appointments for their number of service staff and you take your chances that your vehicle won't be ready at the end of the day. I stopped getting my car serviced with Bytek in 2014 the first time Bytek couldn't provide the service they committed to in 8 hours...after dropping my car off at 7:30 to pick it at 4:00 I had to wait until 4:45. Unfortunately I needed to go back to Bytek for warranty work recently to replace a stabilizer and guess what? Same story, except this time my experience included a wait in their sitting area, a shuttle to Enterprise rental car with another "happy" customer, and the usual wait and administrative process to get a rental. We are now at 24 hours and counting and still no vehicle. Bottom line is that if you are a busy parent or simply have better things to do than than long waits in car dealerships recommend that you get your car serviced somewhere else.

We seemed to engage most of the front line staff. All were helpful and supportive of each other making car shopping more enjoyable. Dilhan is a pleasure to deal with. He gave prompt attention to our requests and provided clear answers with their rational. When delivery of the car was delayed he suggested and offered alternative transportation for our convenience. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks!

I was the owner of a 2012 VW Passat TDI, it was no easy feat to sell me another VW as my confidence in the brand had been seriously compromised due to the emissions scandal and some major repairs needed to my car that were both emissions and transmission related and that managed to NOT be covered under my expensive VWPP extended warranty. (Passat purchased at Myers VW not Bytek) Between Greg in Service, David and Jake in Sales and Rebecca in Finance, they were able to restore my faith in VW by doing all they could (and then some) to restore my loyalty to VW. David was patient and willing to listen to my past negative experiences related to being a VW owner and Rebecca went well out of her way to do all she could to liaise between the VWPP rep and my situation. For all of this I am grateful.
