Purchasing my first VW from Bytek was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. David V. was incredibly helpful and was focused on understanding my needs and wants in a car. This made my experience significantly better than in the past, where to representative were more interested in closing the sale then answering my question. Thank you David for your patience, I absolutely love my new Golf! I'm already thinking about my next VW, looking forward to replacing our SUV with the new Tiguan. Thanks again, Kevin

Purchasing my first VW from Bytek was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. David V. was incredibly helpful and was focused on understanding my needs and wants in a car. Purchase of 2015 VW Jetta

I have given 5 stars as a rating of the Product Specialist, not Bytek Automotive. I would only give the dealership a 4 star rating - although I had an appointment to pick up my car, it was not ready and I had to wait 1 hour. When I got home I noticed it had not been properly detailed and I had to return the following week to have stains removed from the back seat upholstery.

I recently met Mr. Eric Dupuis at Bytek who was extremely helpful, courteous, and spent a significant amount of time helping me with a vehicle appraisal that I required. I had not purchase my Volkswagen Tiguan from Bytek, but I had previously serviced my vehicles there. I was very impressed to see how helpful they were, and how they went the "extra mile" to provide me with a comprehensive appraisal and report - all at no cost! They are truly customer-focused, and I will definitely be purchasing my next Tiguan from Bytek. Incredibly courteous and very efficient service! Highly recommended!

Bytek VW has given me consistently stellar service from the moment I bought my first car with them in 2011. In particular, the sales rep David Vaughan has gone out of his way on many occasions to ensure my experiences are always beyond positive. To name of a few examples, the prices offered from the moment you walk in are significantly lower than other VW dealerships in Ottawa, so you can skip the pre-negotiations and get straight to the nitty gritty pricings. Most notably among my experiences, a week after buying my first car, I had (to my embarassment) backed up into a post in my parking garage, and put about $800 worth of damage onto the back of the car. I had it repaired at Bytek, and a month or so later (and completely unsolicited), David called me up and said he was finalizing my paperwork and noticed I came in for some repairs. I explained the situation and that it was my fault, to which he replied "well even so, it would suck if you bought a new car and had to pay that much to fix something right away, let me see what I can do for you." Even though I was not expecting this at all, the real surprise came the next day when David called me back to tell me that the cheque for the full amount was in the mail. I have now bought a second car from Bytek, and consider myself a lifelong customer.
