Excellent Customer Service! Chris Mercer help me purchase my new Honda Pilot. He kept me updated on the arrival of my new vehicle and was easy to get a hold of to ask questions. I highly recommend dealing with Chris when purchasing your new vehicle.

Trevor was amazing, understood my situation and resolved it that day.

I had a situation where my car would not start. Trevor listened to my explanation of the problem and was confident he knew what problem was, a malfunctioning starter motor. He was right, and was able to fix me up by 4:30 that day.

My new Honda civic

I purchased my brand new Honda Civic and picked it up today! When I arrived, a pink ballon was tied to it and it was parked right up front for me to see when I walked up! James has been a very professional and kind salesman (not your typical sales person) and found the ways with help from Nicole to get me get what I needed to buy the car I wanted! I drove away today feeling elated and appreciate James and his hard work and dedication to make this happen for me! Thank you James at Brantford Honda!

Service was good - service advisors were friendly - overall everything was good Like to keep Honda parts and lubrication as I expect to keep the car another 2-3 years

Courteous service. They explain options and costs. Good coffee is available while you wait. they do the job efficiently and you drive away in a cleanly washed car.
