I waited for a routine oil change whcih was completed as promised . In addition I was informed of a potential issue with a part of steering linkage . I left believing that Honda does more than expected to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once again, great customer service! We've had our car for just over a year from Brantford Honda. From the very beginning, we've had nothing but an amazing experience from this dealership. This review has nothing negative to do with your employees but has to do with your pricing entirely. 200 for an oil change rotaton and filter swap is ludicrous. I researched other nearby shops and they use synthetic oil as well but provide the same service for a 3rd of the cost. I have been servicing my car with you since purchase but I will not be likely any longer. Leaving feeling ripped off isn't any customers wish.

we had a recall addressed, winter tires installed and oil changed. The work was completed in time estimated, it was explained clearly. Inn fact our teenage daughter did the car drop off and pick up, her first experience with this adult task of car ownership and responsibility. She was nervous but the experience was positive and exactly what we predicted (based on previous experience with your dealership) thanks for contributing to her learning about how to do this task.

the service provided from Trevor was excellent.he explained the reason for the delay and he apologized for the delay. he also presented me with a complimentary coffee mug,which was welcomed and appreciated. It was only a one and a half hour delay. Dieter Seib

Everything went as expected. I dropped off CRV and got ride to work. New rims and winter tires were installed when I got back and summer wheels were in vehicle to take home. No problems.
