Courteous service. They explain options and costs. Good coffee is available while you wait. they do the job efficiently and you drive away in a cleanly washed car.

The overlooked item was repaired promptly and correctly

One item was overlooked by the technician on my service. I had to return to the dealer to get it corrected and the service advisor took care of this.

Trevor serviced my 2002 Accord with his ultimate performance & knowledge for my 11 years of ownership. I know that he will give my new to me 2013 Civic the same attention. I exclusively trust him as he understands the Honda vehicles & my driving needs. My husband I give the whole Brantford Honda Dealership the highest of marks for their total presentation.
