My new SX Turbo I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Optima SX Turbo through Bank Street Kia. Moe, Patrick and Frank were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. What a relief! I happen to be a young driver, and oh boy was my visit to bank street kia great! Before I arrived at the dealership I was so nervous about how serious I'd be taken. Will they take advantage at the first sign I seem vulnerable? Do I have the sufficient knowledge to make sure I get a good deal? Too many questions were going through my mind and before you know it, I was opening the front door. Hassan was there to greet me in mere moments, by then, it was too late to turn back. Within the first few minutes did I ever feel the weight off my shoulders. Hassan was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get into the forte I`ve always wanted! He understood that this was my first car. He was aware of my budget and never tried to push any further on me. Finding the right dealer may seem difficult for some folks but I have nothing bad to say! We chatted lightly and discussed non car related things too. I felt comfortable and at ease. I recommend checking out bank street kia, especially if you`re looking for your first car or you just want to deal with friendly and knowledgeable dealers!

Nobody Deals... We went to look at another car only to find that it had just been sold. Hassan immediately went to check if they had any other similar vehicles at the same price range. They had another vehicle that was newer than the one we were looking at and a bit more expensive. After a little back and forth they were able to sell us the vehicle at the same cost we would have paid for the original less expense vehicle that we went to look at. I found Hassan and Frank to be very friendly and they seemed interested in getting us in a vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. I did feel that there was a little pressure to get the sale but they were not too aggressive and I never felt as if I couldn't walk away at any time. Overall a great experience. Have yet to experience their service department so I hope they are just as courteous and friendly as the sales team.

Great Customer service teamwork! I hadn't even walked into the dealership yet and Hasan was already there greeting me and helping me find the vehicle I was looking for in the showroom. He was courteous without being overbearing, helpful in finding answers to all my questions and worked hard to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed to be paying. On the day I picked up my car, he was very busy but still managed to take time to show me how everything worked. He also texted me a few times in the following week to check up and make sure everything was ok. Fantastic! Isko was also wonderful. He was friendly, when I first met him and wanted to know my personal story and how I got to the point where I was finally ready to buy my first new car. He took the time we needed to explain all the details about the financing and all the options. He didn't push for me to opt into extra warrantees that I didn't want and I really appreciated that. On delivery day, once again he was patient with me and my chatty 3-year old daughter. He was all smiles. He even helped me bring things from my old car to my beautiful new Sportage. I ADORE my car and I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from the boys at Bank Street Kia. Thank you so much!

Not many people can afford to go first class today, but Bank Street Kia made it easy. I was introduced to Joe, who accompanied me on my journey of purchasing a vehicle. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and really was in my corner when it came to getting me the best deal possible. Unlike buying a car years ago which could be a very long and painful experience, Joe made the process easy and relaxing. Very willing to negotiate to get as close to my budget as possible, we were able to come to an agreed upon price fairly quickly. Moreover, within 5 minutes of shaking hands, he came back to me to offer me something even better - a substantially higher level of vehicle for a minor increase in my bi-weekly payment. I was then introduced to Frank who took me through the financial part of the deal. Again, very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained and offered things with no pressure. A final meeting with the General Manager, Patrick, proved why Bank Street Kia is #1 in Ottawa. He wanted to thank me as a customer for coming to the dealership and wanted to let me know that if I had any problems, I was to contact him. The ultimate goal for them is customer satisfaction and I can definitely say that I felt that. Although all young men, I was impressed by their professionalism and their dedication to putting the customer first. I would highly recommend Bank Street Kia to all of my friend, colleagues and family and would most certainly return there to buy my next vehicle.
