Maybe I'm less prone to gushing than the other reviewers, but having bought several vehicles from dealerships, I have a few comments to make. First of all, let me say that Daniel, the salesperson who helped me was very good at explaining the different trim levels and the cost breakdown. He gave the longest test drive I have ever done, making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and familiar with the features. This is exactly what I expect when I go to a dealership to purchase a car. So in that he did a great job. The bottom line is price, and he was able to bring the price down by 4400, which again I expect, since you need to negotiate to get the best price. The business manager, Frank, was the polar opposite. I stood in the showroom for 15 minutes before he addressed me, even though it was obvious that all the salespeople were occupied and that I was looking to buy a car. He must have walked past me on 3 occasions before finally asking if anyone had helped me (when he obviously knew no one had). Reluctance to engage a potential buyer equals laziness sometimes, but in this case I got a distinct whiff of snobbery, as though as a business manager he was on 'important business' with all this pacing back and forth, and I should wait. I almost walked out. Luckily it was Daniel who he introduced me to, and as I said Daniel had great customer service skills. Sadly, after negotiations, the good experience with Daniel was again oveshadowed by Frank, who talked down to me and was very rude through the shakedown where they try to sell you extras. He basically tried to bully me into buying a service package that financially didn't make sense. He even got so aggresive I had to ask him to leave the room so I could crunch some numbers. It's all very sneaky how you can't leave because they have your paperwork so you need to sit through a barrage of expensive add-ons. He was also reluctant to focus on the details of the arrangement I had made with Daniel, making me feel like it was a chore for him to add those details (winter tires included in price) to the purchase agreement. Overall, no friendliness, all rudeness, and cold as ice as soon as he realized I wasn't going for the extras. This went on for a half an hour, maybe longer. Ruined a perfectly good sales experience. Sorry for the long review, but I hope this helps others avoid a similar situation. In such a competitive field, bullying cannot be tolerated. Shape up.

Hassan was very receptive and williing to give me first class service. I was not interested in buying a car but he made me an offer on my Nissan that I could not refuse. He made my visit a very pleasant experience and I have told many of my friends where to go and purchase their next vehicle. Thanks again. Robert Geggie

My experience at Bank Street Kia was a very positive and pleasant experience. Hassah Abdallah was a pleasure to work with. We felt no pressure and felt our concerns were met and considered. He was very helpful in transferring the insurance, making room for my new car by getting my old car started and out of my garage! He even helped me find a good set of winter tired so that I can enjoy my new to its fullest this winter season. The Bank street Kia dealership as a whole was a very welcoming and pleasant place to work with. The entire process was done efficiently. We were given all the time we needed to decide and they were very patient in explaining everything to us. I would certainly recommend Bank street Kia and go back there myself.

We are returning customers to Bank Street Kia, as the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We live an hour away from this dealership and they made it worth our drive to purchase our new Kia Sorento. We also use the service department here too and our experiences have been positive. Highly recommend Bank Street Kia!
