Excellent service from sales person Michael Kingsley. He got us into our Kia PHEV Sportage quickly and efficiently. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the car that were important to us. I would recommend him and this dealership; fair pricing and professional service.

Went here to buy my first car. Great experience! Everyone was very friendly and helped me find the right car for me, did not pressure me in any way and just seemed to want to genuinely help. Hussein and Sunny were extremely helpful! Would highly recommend

Amazing service from the second I walked through the doors . Sales associates Hussein was amazing at providing details and answering all of my question and finance associate Sunny was quick and efficient and gave us an amazing deal ! They even put up with my kid running around and baby crying while i gather info from them and didn’t complain once. Would highly recommended buying your next car here !

Go to Kia417 instead. I visited this dealership after originally considering a Mazda. I was interested in exploring the Kia Niro, but due to my exhaustion from work, I mistakenly referred to it as a Kona. I also mentioned that I was interested in a smaller version of the Sportage that is also a PHEV. However, instead of providing information about the Kia Niro, the staff seemed more focused on verifying whether I had visited their store before. Initially, they insisted that I had been there previously, even though I hadn't. I tried to lighten the mood by joking that everyone in winter attire can look quite similar in jeans and coats. However, they continued to assert that I had been their previous customer, creating a somewhat uncomfortable situation. Eventually, they shifted the conversation to price tags, and I started to feel insulted. My initial intention was to spend over 60k on a Mazda CX-90, but I was open to exploring more budget-friendly options with Kia. Unfortunately, based on the service I received during this visit, I have decided that Kia and this dealership are not the right fit for me. If you're considering visiting this dealership, be prepared for a potential focus on profiling rather than a focus on helping you explore and purchase a car. I provide the two stars as a thank you for narrowing my options.

Bought a new 2022 Kia stinger from bank street Kia in April of 2022. The sales experience was great! The service experience at this dealership is another story….my first oil change cost me over $200 I believe it was around $230 this is crazy for a Kia it’s not a Bentley. I was told this is the price. I have since done all my service at another dealership and they charge $98 for a full synthetic oil change. Yesterday my engine light came on so I figured I’d try Bank street again. I phoned and asked when the first possible appointment was and was told we can get you in today at 7:45am great! I told them I didn’t have another vehicle and since they don’t offer loaners I would need to wait. Not a problem Kyle we will get you in at 7:45! I show up at 7:35 and was told only one mechanic is able to work on Stinger's and he doesn’t get in until 9. They then proceeded to tell me to diagnose an engine light typically takes 2-3 hours. Needless to say I left. Went to another Kia dealer in Ottawa and they got my car in within ten mins, they also said any mechanic can work on a Stinger. Long story short I was on my way in 30 minutes with my car fixed. Bank street Kia needs to work on their service experience, nothing but a joke at this dealership.
