Friendly service, price was up front and reasonable. Recieved the car (Niro EV) quickly and in good condition. Kingsley helped and was very friendly (he was also big hit with our kids).

Worst service center ever. I gave the car for service and they have done the oil change but didn't updated the status of oil change in the car. I am not even sure if they really changed the oil or just kept the way it was. I even have an issue with Android Kia and mentioned them to take a test drive to see the issue. But they didn't even tested and said everything is fine and mentioned to do updates on our own. Where when I went to other store they checked from their side and said it was all good with the updates but the android system needs to be changed.
