Highly recommend Hussein at Bank Street Kia, amazing customer service! Hussein is patient, calm, and very professional. He explained everything in the process of buying my Kia Rio. What stood out in this experience here is that there was no pressure compared to other dealers. And that truly made all the difference. We negotiated a deal, and I walked away happy! I will definitely look him up when I purchase my next Kia!

Oil change gone wrong. Customer not informed. Oil and smell everywhere. I found out from the service writer that the reason for the failure was that the tech for My car broke his glasses. Well that explains it.??? Unfortunately I had to update this review this morning. I went out to check on the work done for the oil change. According to the paperwork provided by the dealer all fluid levels were check and adjusted. In fact there are two problems spotted. One is that the oil level is extremely high. See photo. The second is that the wiper fluid was not topped up. See photo. As well I checked the tire pressure since that was also mentioned on the paperwork. Three tires are at 30 the other front tire is at 14. The final thing is the recall for the multi function switch. I’m not sure but both of my multifunction switches seem to be covered in dust equally leading one to wonder if this job was completed. I cannot confirm this since I don’t know the procedure. Any way the dealer would like to make it right however getting it right in the first place was their job. Now I have an hour 20 minute drive back to the dealer to have them make it right. Just had a not very useful call with the dealer. I’ll keep you updated on this oil change and other things gone wrong as things progress. Well got the call from the dealer. He suggested that I faked the oil level reading by holding the dip stick the wrong way. Sounds like they are really trying to solve this problem. I suggest if you go to this dealer you open the hood and take a look at what was done to confirm it was done well. Or….ill let you decide. Oh and I added a video of the oil stick.
