I had the best experience in purchasing my new car at Sherwood Honda with the best salesman Jesse who helped us a lot and great customer service care. Always answer my questions and help me. Thanks a lot Jesse for this great experience.

I would give them 0 rating if I have the option. I bought Honda Pilot Touring in March 2023 brand new 2023 year from sherwood Honda dealership. Since I bought it has always giving me issues and problems. I ask them to replaced my vehicle and give me new one because of those issues. They only trying to fixing those problems instead of giving me new one. I have to suffer always and waiste my time and job because of them. As I bought brand new shouldn't have issues in brand new vehicles. Issues details are below since I bought 1. Leather seats fabric start coming out from bottom of the seats and cargo space cover got broken clips. They took 1 month to fixed it since I complaint. 2. 2nd row door window fell down while I was driving on highway. They put duck tape and ask me to drive until they received the parts. It's took almost 2 months. I was driving on duck taped on door windows and getting very noise whenever I drive. I take it back to them after couple week and ask them to give me rental car. That time was summer time and enterprises rentals was sold out then I have to wait 2 week extra to gets rental car. In total that problem took over 2 months to gets the parts in and I have to go through all that frustration and paid insurance to rental car. 3. From November 15 some kinds of weird ting ting noise start coming out from engine while I was driving. I bring it back to them when they look it they said it's normal. They always lie to me. 4. My other doors windows are giving me issues to come up or down they lie again and said it's normal and just put greeze on rubber on the door windows. 5. I visit on December 7 for oil change. While I was talking to Service advisor Melissa and inform about ting ting noise from engine. After did oil change Service she told me that their experts check but it's normal. I don't believe them anymore because they lie all the time. Brand new vehicle has that many issues 6. On December 10 after 3 days of oil change I found on driveway oil start leaking. I can't go to service because they closed on weekend. I came today December 11, 2023 at dealership and spoke to Melissa Service advisor she was so rude and told me same stupid reply it's normal. She said when they change oil, some oil stay on the pipes and start drop. They always lie. I was tracking last 2 days and taking video and picture fresh oil leaking and shows to them today all proof they always says it's normal. Why I have face all those issues since I bought this vehicle. I suppose to driving peace of mind after paying $72000 for this brand new vehicle instead of facing this frustration. Thanks for reading this.

I wouldn’t buy another car from here. It might seem like a small thing - and maybe it is - but I was promised a second key at purchase and got strung along on a few occasions, the latest of which was saying they could give it to me at employee pricing (almost $300), despite saying it was 100% their fault. It’s been 4 years. I guess it just bothers me to be treated as though my concerns don’t matter. Never felt like that at Toyota.

My brand new Honda Civic has been at their agency for three months because there is an issue with a part. They replaced twice, promising it would fix the issue, but my car remains defective. Now for the third time, they told me they can’t provide me with a timeframe. I’ve had this car for six months, out of which it has spent three months at the agency while I have been paying the monthly instalments. Horrible experience. I wish I never bought a car from here. I definitely do not recommend Sherwood Park Honda.

Edited after my experience with them July 17, 2024: The first issue that came up regarding the AC. It was damaged by a rock on the road and would no longer operate. I had paid full warranty for the next 8 years. The first issue that came up, they refused to service, because the grill failed to protect the components within from damage. They offered to add a plate to protect components, but want another 2000$ to fix the compressor. I have had this car 7 months, and am already having to pour more money into it. Does Sherwood Honda not realize where they sell cars? Alberta uses pea gravel so rocks are expected on the road. Don't bother purchasing their warranty or a vehicle from here. They are deceptive and will fail to cover your needs when you need them, but are happy as ever to take your money. My experience as detailed below when buying the vehicle has absolutely been tainted by this experience. Went to Sherwood Honda for a new vehicle and really enjoyed the experience. Start to finish, Zeke was on top of ensuring we could make a decision without feeling pressured. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the CRV and showed my wife and I as many features as he could think of, really opening up the possibilities of the vehicle and let the experience sell itself. The same no pressure experience continued with Amit, who ensured everything was explained to us and did not rush us to make a decision. Zeke and Amit were right there for all of our questions and shared our enthusiasm for the new vehicle. Overall I would rate everything 10/10. Both of these gentleman are a credit to Sherwood Honda and to vehicle sales experience as a whole. You can bet you'll be in great hands if you buy your vehicle here!

Best experience in purchasing a brand new vehicle. I've been to other Honda dealerships and this is by far the best sales and customer service care we've experienced. My husband and I came in looking for a 2024 Honda CR-V ex-l. We had amazing customer service sales with Zeke, who was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle we wanted. He was friendly, helpful, and non-pressuring. Once we decided on the vehicle, Amit in finance was thorough and comprehensible, so we were able to make our decisions without a second thought. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our experience in purchasing our new vehicle here. The customer service from both parties were exceptional and we will definitely be referring our friends, family, and acquaintances.
