Very happy to see that that I bought CRV 2024 from Honda Sherwood. I visit them randomly and I would love to say that they are the best. Mark is the person whom I meet for the very first time. He’s very helpful and very genuine person, and after him I met Shivani in finance. She also helped us a lot. The whole process took less than one day. Right now I enjoy my ride because of their help. I would recommend Honda Sherwood 100%.

Never trust their Service Advisors. They will insist that you are overdue on a service that you already did. If you only know basic vehicle knowledge, they will take advantage of that. Once they realized that you caught on the scam they did, they will tell you different story. I don't usually write a review but I felt dupped. They even said that the manager will call me but he never did. If you don't have deep understanding of car maintenance, STAY OUT OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

3 stars because you can't beat a Honda. No stars for the service department. We're not taking our Hondas there anymore. 4.5 hours for an oil change, literally told my wife "we'll get to it when we can" lol no thanks. Embarrassing

So I spoke with a sales manager here at Honda and they showed minimal interest in showing me the options. I even said that I’ve a better price from another dealer and he just literally mentioned that, “you can buy from the other dealer”. I just wonder if this is how they do sales, how will their services would look like.

Brought my vehicle in for service to have the tires changed to my winter tires and new TPMS sensors installed. My appointment was for 12:20 Saturday afternoon, I was there early to drop off my vehicle. I called at 3pm to see if my vehicle was done and was told my vehicle had not yet been brought in(service closes at 4pm on Saturday) It's now 4:30 and I have not heard from the service department. It's safe to say I will not be returning to have my vehicle serviced here again.
