Ritchie sold me my new 2024 Civic, he was very honest, informative and made the whole process a breeze. He has answered any questions I have had after the purchase. He also sold another civic to a family friend and they only had great things to say about dealing with Ritchie. Would definitely recommend coming in to see Ritchie

We are happy with the purchase of our CRV from Sherwood Honda. We felt like the pricing was fair, and we received what we wanted for our trade-in after a little gentle negotiation without the usual pressure tactics. We'll be back when it's time to purchase a new vehicle.

To buy out my2019 CRV from Honda, I would have had to pay 16,632.62. I went to Sherwood Honda hoping to be advised properly. Instead I was forced to “buy” a “Warranty Service Contract”= 2399.00. I was NOT advised at any point, that my vehicle is STILL covered under HONDA WARRANTY. Oh, and the additional, administrative, registering, etc fees… I am paying a debt of 20,108.48. On top of that, I did not receive any copies of my new debt, until I requested it 4 months later. Do not get scammed, avoid this place

Went to Sherwood Honda to look about getting my out of province inspection done for my vehicle. I was helped out by Ricky R., who was extremely personable, knowledgeable of my vehicle which wasn't even a Honda, and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Made my cross-country move that much easier with one less thing to worry about!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Sherwood Honda .I was assisted by salesman Ricky Rodriques, and was welcomed with his excellent customer service. He was very personable and his knowledge for the vehicles and packages allowed me to feel very comfortable with some of the new things I was not aware of. He was committed to find the most sensible deal for me, which I appreciated. Ricky, was able to take time and listen to all the activities I’d be looking to use the car for and implement and recommend vehicles that were very suitable and that I may have not seen on my own. All in all, I had an amazing experience working with Ricky as he was very transparent and genuine. I definitely would refer His services.
