I want to really thank Ricardo for not only sharing his expertise and knowledge but for also leading integrity and care throughout the process. Ricardo listened to understand instead of listening to respond. He took the time to understand what was important to me and my lifestyle in choosing a new car. I hadn’t been in the market since 2012 and he took the time to evaluate the car options I initially provided him. He informed me, there were cars on my list that had known engine issues, that I was unaware of and he made it a point that I should also consider other options of vehicles, maintenance fees and fuel consumption. Ricardo equipped me with a strategic plan on what cars I should move forward with that included safety, aesthetics and great resell value. I would highly recommend all customers to work with Ricardo. If Ricky is not there, we’re not buying. Buying a car can be intimidating sometimes, I personally don’t enjoy it. My husband and I visited the Sherwood Honda dealership and Rick was the friendliest, honest and informative person to ever help us during this whole car shopping journey. We know he has our best interest at heart. Trusting that alone, he’s become our go-to guy.

James and Hoang were both highly knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. They helped me select the vehicle that met my needs, while still keeping it manageable in my finances.
