Dropped by Sherwood Honda a few weeks ago to pick up a part for my Civic and had the chance to talk with one of the associates named Jimmy Lee. Right away I was impressed by his knowledge, not only in the latest lineup, but vehicles dating back to as early as the 90's! His know-how really put a smile on my face because Jimmy knew exactly what I was doing with the part I was picking up and what to expect with the install. He gave me his card and we parted ways but without hesitation if I or anyone I knew were in the market to buy a vehicle and wanted top notch customer service, I would totally recommend Jimmy Lee.
