We had a great experience with Tim and Vicki was great. Tim answered every question I had. Helped me make my decision of the best RAV4 model for me. I was confused with which to choose out of the 3 I was considering. Tim was patient and very knowledgeable. Vicki was fun to talk to as well. She has the same model I selected and she gave me all the scoop about it. As well told me how much I’ll enjoy it! I’m loving my Toyota RAV4 limited Hybrid. It’s fun to drive. Looks beautiful. Love the color - blizzard pearl and tan interior - it’s beautiful! We did order a dash cam. We are waiting for it to come in. I’ll take a look at more accessories available. Thank you so much!!

The sale was good and very thoughtful. Ted did a great job for me. The info from staff about my new relationship with Collingwood Toyota was great and I have a history of service at this dealership, - a busy time for Ted as many issues happening. We did a quick review of the car, and i will go back at his invitation to figure out features this car has which is more advanced than the car I had before. The Owners manual is ridiculous so i have a lot of questions. I received a letter from Toyota this past week, and i will call them if Ted is busy. The atmosphere at this dealership is one of goodness, and wanting their clients happy. And that’s what they are doing for me.

The summary sentence pretty well covers it. We enjoyed dealing with Ted on our purchase, the car was clean and ready at the time we requested and he took the time to review all the key features of the car with my wife. We have dealt with Ted and Colllingwood Toyota before, that experience brought us back and we expect that we will be back again for another purchase in the future.

Amazing experience at Collingwood Toyota! My wife and I bought a Rav4 there last January, and my mother-in-law got a new Rav4 this week! Shane is the best! Highly recommend. Great job everyone
