I bought a new Equinox a week ago. I dealt with Sam, she was amazing. Dealt quickly with my trade and got me a fair price. She treated my 8 year old son like he was the buyer so he has an great memory of our time there. Financing was a bit slow due to COVID and banks, but they were great with communicating that and sending us home to wait instead of keeping us there. Despite a busy Saturday I felt like I was Sam and Kelly's only customer.

Great parts department. Steven and Ryan are the best in the city Always willing to help. The whole team is the best bar none... will never deal anywhere else.

Had a great experience at SMP this week when I had to bring my car in for a shifting problem. Devon was the service advisor who was very professional and respectful and explained everything to me. And Brent the service manager went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready same day for me. Happened to stop at parts desk on my way out for a cargo mat I had previously purchased that wasn’t working and was pleasantly surprised with their parts warranty and got a new cargo mat thanks to Noah! Huge thanks to you all for making it a great experience.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I tried purchasing elsewhere but the vehicle I wanted was only available at SMP, however my experience was horrible. From lack of response and follow up from sales guy to condescending/cocky finance guys, every moment was dreadful. I would not recommend them to anyone. That said, I’m quite confident that if I was a man, things would have been significantly better.....
