I have to say that this was my first experience buying a brand new car without even sitting in it. However thanks to Stan Garchinski at SMP, he walked me through every step and made sure I had a good grasp. Angela Sipko was another driving force. She kept me updated on the details that I needed to make sure I had everything I needed to get my car on the road here in Ontario. She even sent me pics of the car all clean and ready for shipping. Further to Stan and Angela's help, Kelly Prior, the Finance manager was a wealth of knowledge on the back end of things to ensure all my T's were crossed and I's were dotted. He didn't miss a thing. Overall the communication was stellar and they were always willing to help when I had questions. I also can't forget the amazing staff on the phone who direct your calls. They are legit awesome. Their personality and professionalism shines through the phone and for me having been in customer service my entire career in one form or another was an amazing pleasure. If you want to experience a no pressure, informed and relaxed car buying experience than please consider SMP. You won't be disappointed. I would give this place SMP and all the people that I dealt with a five star rating !! The quote was the same as we had to pay so that was nice and Samantha was very knowledgable and efficient !!

Sales staff seems good bought my truck at smp told my daughter to go to smp she bought her first new car the car has had major issues codes all the time the service department treated her terribly over and over again my wife had the same kinda experience with the service department something the owner should look into the behaviour of some of the service staff
