Customer service is not great , they dont want to focus on your needs and the focus is more on the profit aspect. They charge way higher deposit compared to other dealership for same models. No follow ups as well. Disappointed.

Booked a 1 hour appointment for a small recall. When arrived they said they needed the car for the whole day. What is the point of an appointment.

We apologize for any miscommunication that occurred when you booked your appointment with the Appointment Coordinator. She had mentioned a couple of times during the phone call that the time to perform the work itself would take approximately one to one and a half hours to perform once your vehicle was brought into the service bays. Unfortunately no specific time could be guaranteed as to when exactly your vehicle would be attended to by a technician though. Because of the need for a new vehicle I decided to again choose a Hyundai and that was the top rated Tucson hybrid. I contacted my sales person (Tony Dang) and got all of the information I required. Because I enjoyed the Santa Fe so much my wife and I settled on the Tucson Hybrid Ultimate which has turned out to be what we wanted. Tony was on holidays when the car was ready to be picked up but he made the time to be there to answer any questions we had. Great job Tony and Murray Hyundai, love the car.

Booked an appointment for an oil change for a set time only to be told when I got there that it was a drop-off service. What's the point of booking an appointment then? I don't have another vehicle and do not live in Winnipeg, so I had to wait there and was told it would be 1.5 hours, only for it to be closer to 3 hours before it was done. It shouldn't take that long for a simple oil change, especially if you book an appointment! I won't be coming back.

I went to Murray Hyundai for the first time today for my car services. The experience was very smooth, and I didn't feel like going to the dealership like going to fight a battle. They are very calm and know what they are doing. Especially, they did not try to force me to replace parts in my car which are not necessary to be replaced or up-sell like other Huyndai dealership. The bill was very fair and affordable. I was surprised that they included winter tire swaps in the car services. They even covered my Uber ride. When I picked up my car, I realized that they washed car it's so clean and I was very satisfied with this dealership. Again thank you for treating me nicely !
