Terrible experience for the service department. They’re lack of knowledge of their product and unprofessional. My vehicle’s back camera doesn’t work. I took it to the service department for 3 times. The 1st time, they made a wrong decision. After, the problem still cannot fix it. They told me need to wait for a similar vehicle with the same unit to confirm the dead unit is actually faulty. When I follow up with them, they suggest I could take my vehicle to another company (Canadian Tire) to fix it. After that, I sent an email to the Customer Service Manager, Jeff to follow up with my case. A week has passed, I don’t receive any reply from Jeff. This is my worst dealership experience.

Service advisor kept telling me to take my vehicle somewhere else once I showed up for my appointment, despite being told by the financial manager to bring it here for warranty work (to get outsourced) upon purchasing my vehicle Once it was finally taken back, it took over three hours to replace a drain plug. I had to return immediately after leaving the lot because my vehicle was not properly reassembled I will definitely not be bringing my vehicle back under any circumstances seeing as I could have fixed this myself without wasting my entire day I would not recommend getting any type of service done here, as they are extremely negligent when it comes to reassembling vehicles. There’s no way it would have been missed if my vehicle was inspected upon exiting the shop Edit- on my way home my oil light came one again. So now I’m not even certain anything was done. Unbelievable

Very happy with the service we received at Murray Hyundai! Tony & Jocelyn were great to deal with and looked after all the questions we had. Tony did a great job of getting our new vehicle set up for us to make pick up really smooth. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to dealing with them again with our next vehicle!

Called them 5 times and got transfered tp service departmen and been in queue for over an hour, i guess they don't like to stay in business or hyundai been making really really bad cars so people are calling like crazy for getting their cars fixed. The only thing they say nicely is "thanks for calling and have a great day.

Please know that we were experiencing technical challenges with our call centre all day that day which resulted in some of our customers experiencing the same challenge you encountered. This is not a common occurrence and unfortunately was completely out of our control. This issue has since been resolved, thankfully.

Very, very slow service and I had to call to try to get them to speak to me. Said they had never even heard of the recalls and lawsuits on Hyundai products due to engine defects. Performed a service that I didn’t ask for and charged me for it. We have always purchased and loved Hyundai products but would NEVER go to the dealership for service ever again. Find a mechanic that is certified and you trust and use them. Winnipeg has lots of local people who you can actually trust.

Hello, Mr. Maclennan. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. Please know that we do take our customer experience and feedback very seriously. That being said, it concerns us greatly to read your comments. We apologize that you felt your service experience was slow. When you had your vehicle towed in without an appointment your service advisor had attempted to contact you via phone and did leave you a voicemail that morning. Perhaps it was not received? She also left you a voicemail around 5:30PM that day as well. When you stopped in the next morning you were informed that we would need to perform a diagnostic on your vehicle, as per standard operating procedure, before proceeding with any necessary repairs. On Friday, the technician diagnosed a faulty Knock Sensor, and on Saturday when you stopped by, you were informed that it would be covered under warranty with no cost to you but because the oil filter that was on your car at the time was an aftermarket filter, it would need to be replaced with an OEM oil filter, as per Hyundai policy, at a cost to you which you agreed to. You were also informed that thankfully your vehicle would not need a new engine as we have seen being caused by the use of cheaper aftermarket oil filters. It was our impression that you were pleased with that news. When you picked up your vehicle on Monday, you expressed no concerns or dissatisfaction with your service or the associated costs. If you have further concerns we would encourage you to speak with our Service Manager, Jeff Eusebio. He can be contacted at 204-269-5555.

Very good experience working with knowledgeable sales personnel (Dimitri and Scott). Details of the car operation were well explained with telephone follow ups. Dealership was clean and well appointed. Everyone was very helpful.
