Service dept guys has to provide more information regarding which parts are on recall list over the phone. They are good that they will take your car asap in for diagnosis. But if they provide which parts are under warranty or recall then customer can decide if it is worth it to send their car to them or not.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any vehicle diagnoses over the phone, even if the issue ends up being covered under a recall. We did confirm that your engine did have an issue, but unfortunately it is not covered under any manufacturer recall. We were happy to hear that as a courtesy, we did waive your $310 diagnostic fee for you though. I went with a friend of mine to get our Santafe checked out. We were warmly greeted by Faran. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Was courteous and professional in dealing with us. His expertise helped us identify the clunking issue while driving. Vehicle wasn’t drivable, we were told by someone that it may needed a transmission. As per Faran’s through diagnosis, he was able to identify that it wasn’t a transmission and the vehicle needed a transfer case only. Faran got the parts expedited from Toronto and we got our vehicle back in a great condition. If you are looking for any vehicle service needs, I would recommend asking for Faran and he will look after you as he did for us. Very pleased by his exceptional customer service and knowledge. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Had a most excellent sales experience with Craig Ouendag, who was knowledgeable and understood what my vehicle needs were. A seamless transaction with the Murray team; I genuinely enjoyed interacting with very nice people. Everything was delivered on time and as promised; just waiting on some rear floor mats! Thank you so much for a great experience. Highly recommend Craig and this dealership. A definite 5/5!

Josh and the team at genesis winnipeg have really taken care of me. They worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with my nearly new vehicle. I have had to deal with a couple Luxury car dealers in the past. However, they do not compare at all. The level of customer service provided by josh and his team is unmatched.

From the first meeting with the receptionist in the maintenance department, through the drivers of the shuttle service, to the final check out at the service/cashier desk, I was met by considerate, friendly and professional staff. All timings, from when my car would be ready to the schedule of the shuttle bus, were spot on. The service to my car was thorough and complete. This is a "customer caring" organization located in an attractive and efficiently remodelled building.

Made an appointment to fix my AC. I let them know beforehand, on the phone, that I had refilled it myself with product I bought at Canadian tire but that it didnt hold the charge. However, when I went there and I told the guy the same thing, I was told that they could not work on my AC due to the prodcut I bought. Thanks for wasting my time.

Whereas we can completely empathize with your situation, we feel that your review is not fair to us. The aftermarket product you purchased from Canadian Tire is not a Hyundai approved method for repairing your AC system. Your service advisor explained to you that that particular product can seriously damage our expensive extractor machine and that is the reason why we were not able to perform that service for you. You also shared with your service advisor that you had approached another shop and was told the same thing.

i went there to inquire about purchasing a car, i was aproached by a male staff member while looking at the car that I was interested in and he was not very friendly and helpful. he didn't even invite me inside the dealership to discuss our options. so i just left and i will never ever go back to this dealership. i am very very disappointed with their service. there should be a no star option here.

We spoke with the sales consultant that was taking care of you and we apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred. Initially it was his understanding that you were only interested in obtaining an appraisal on your current vehicle and did not have a particular new vehicle in mind. However, during your ongoing conversation with him outside about possibly getting into a new vehicle you had mentioned a particular model of interest. He then went into the store to retrieve the key to that model and when he returned you had left. Please contact us if you would care to explore your options further.
