** Up Date.* August 29, 2022 ** I was told by Jeff via email that if I removed my review that Murray Hyundai would be refunded my rental fees. It's been over Two weeks and still nothing. When you owe a company money they're really on you to pay it ASAP. However when it's the other way around you have all the time in the world to wait till they process the refund and send it. So back up it goes! ***Original Post*** I had taken my 2016 Elantra to Murray Hyundai for some work to get done, $2700 later AND what was a complimentary courtesy car from Debbie (service writer). I received an invoice from Enterprise Rent-A-Car stating that I owed them rental fees. ?... This is my family's 4th purchase from Murray Hyundai. I was told by Hyundai Canada after they spoke with Murray Hyundai. That the fees for the courtesy car was mine and that it was up to me to pay. Murray Hyundai is not paying for the courtesy car that they provided me. Again after I was told by the service writer it was at no charge. I cannot recommend dealing with Murray Hyundai. Two cars in 10 years and this is how I'm treated, I'll be buying my next one elseware. I also had to wait a week and insist that I speak with the Manager before any response from Jeff to get this issue looked into. Buy Your Car from another dealership is my advice to you.
