Constant texts and phone calls when they want to buy my car back but no response when I have questions about my warranty after leaving several messages. I've been quite satisfied with the sales side however the service side has let me down Update: it's now been 7 weeks since my car broke down and they still haven't even confirmed that the warranty will cover the repairs. I'm downright embarrassed to have been caught doing business with Murray Hyundai and will be sure to tell whoever will listen to stay away from this slow, inconsiderate joke of a business.

Booked an appointment online and received a confirmation. Arrived at my appointment only to be told it doesn't exist. Said the systems were down for a few days, which is why it may not have shown up. Booked another appointment a month later, to be told again that my appointment doesn't exist. Neither times were they accommodating, even though I received a confirmation and it was an error on there end.

First time customer. Helped my friend bring her 2019 Kona in for oil change. (Because she doesn't understand english) I told the lady in the drive thru (with a bomber shirt) that the car did have a problem with a seat switch and the Navigation but it works now on and off. She said" if it's working now nothing we can do! Wow... what a welcoming for a first time customer. I said maybe just document it incase it happens again. She said no point in doing that! Not friendly at all. Another guy did step in to help out who was more friendly I will say that. Younger Asian looking guy. With beard. Should have got his name. Too long of a wait. Won't be going back.

Went to the dealership to get a new battery for myHyundai Sonta hybrid as the one I purchased from them 3 years ago died. I was informed that the battery is discontinued and they have nothing for my car. I asked about the warranty on the battery and they informed me that I would need the receipt . I explained to them that I purchased the car there and have had it serviced and they have records of all of the that but cannot pull up when I bought the battery. The parts device employed pointed to a single that says the computers have been upgraded and to be patient with the transition. . They only reason they got 1 star is they did tell me to check piston ring. I recently purchased a 2022 Santa fa and this will be the last Hyundai I ever purchase

That being said, it concerns us to hear of your experience. We empathize with your situation. Being inconvenienced with a battery issue is never ideal. After speaking with our Parts Department, they unfortunately cannot find a record of you having purchased your replacement battery from us three years ago. The standard warranty on a battery is unfortunately two years so it does not qualify for a warranty replacement. And without you having a receipt it does limit us with respect to helping you. Since the time when you purchased the battery in question three years ago, Hyundai unfortunately has discontinued that particular battery. Our Parts Department Manager did share with me that he told you he did find a replacement battery at Piston Ring though. We sincerely hope that option worked out for you.

Service department helped me out with trading in my vehicle with the Sales guys, even though it was not their department. Friendly staff, helpful and easy to deal with

I am disappointed with the service department. I booked an oil change 3 weeks ago. I’m sitting here, but was told I’m a “drop in” and can’t estimate when it will be ready. There’s no courtesy shuttles or rental cars due to Covid. Why are you scheduling appointments if you have to wait all day? It’s been 2 hours I’m still sitting for a simple oil change and it took an hour to actually get my vehicle in for servicing.
