I was on a severe time crunch and a strict budget and Sheldon was absolutely fantastic at finding me a vehicle that suited my needs and preferences and Scott was quick and efficient to get my financing in order. Quick and easy service and felt like family. Eased a lot of anxiety for me. Super awesome experience as a first time car buyer. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, lease, or shop around!

I purchased a pre owned genesis from them back in 2018 and I still have that car. Sales people were great and made the buying process super simple. Professional staff who know what they are doing and they aren’t pushy at all. Luckily, I purchased extended warranty on their advice and it certainly paid off. For 4 years the car was very reliable but a month or so ago, I got into some major problems with it. Generally, you get great service when you are buying something but often times it’s after service that can be a headache for customers. I can safely say that it’s not the case here at Murray Hyundai! The folks in the service department are wonderful and go above and beyond to help their clients. Especially Debbie, who helped me with the warranty claim. She made a super stressful situation a breeze and I can’t thank her enough. Also had a chance to meet the maintenance manager (I forgot his name) and he was so helpful! Thank you for the excellent service and keep up the great work!!! P.S waiting to get a survey from Hyundai Canada so I can give you guys a shout out! 😊

Terrible experience in general - service department is the worst and understaffed - lack of knowledge of their product is very ridiculous -- this is just one example: I show up with a Kona electric for a check up, the service advisor recommends that I do an engine decarbonization and oil change....to an electric car? LOL the dealership experience alone led me to sell the Kona.

What a breath of fresh air! Kudos to Debbie in the service department. It is seldom that I have experienced the type of thoroughness and follow-up that Debbie displayed while my vehicle was in the shop waiting for the different testing that needed to take place, the long wait for parts to arrive, and finally the repair. It took over six weeks from the time my vehicle entered the shop until it was repaired, but I never had to call in to find out the status of my vehicle as Debbie continually updated me (at least weekly) with a brief text advising me of the status. It gave me confidence in Murray Hyundai's ability and that my needs would be addressed. Well done Debbie!
