Very good experience working with knowledgeable sales personnel (Dimitri and Scott). Details of the car operation were well explained with telephone follow ups. Dealership was clean and well appointed. Everyone was very helpful.

I bought a pre owned car here and has only a month warranty. That was back in December during winter. Now in spring, the AC won't blow cool air. The car salesman says warranty has expired. But how can I know back then that AC works since compressors doesn't turn on under freezing temperatures. But to be fair, the car also has a coolant leak which they had repaired after a little over a month so I thanked the manager for that. Overall, not a good experience for me because the car I bought wasn't cheap and it gave me stressfull days. I thought buying a used car in a known car dealer is safer than the small car dealers but I guess it's the same.

Recently bought a 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid from Murray Hyundai and could not be happier. Got here earlier than we thought and our salesman Tony Dang is the greatest! He was attentive to what we wanted and respectful of our needs. When we got the SUV he spent a couple of hours patiently going over the features of the vehicle. Highly recommend!
