Genuinely dishonest people all around. All the 5 star reviews here are from people who think they negotiated a better deal for their car by agreeing to give a great review. If you want to do business with ethical people, don't shop here.

I had an awesome experience buying my new Tiguan. Tim Gobuyan was awesome as were everyone that I dealt with at Bytek Volkwagen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Abboud is great and was a delight to speak to. Unfortunately a couple other senior associates aren't too familiar with VW or any of the performance related parts, terms and/or knowledge of their cars 😕

It's ok. I go in and ask for a vehicle. The sales person says they don't carry it 🙄. And only one dealership in Ottawa might have it. Its not even for sure.
