160 dollars just to plug the car and get a reading on the engine light . WHAT A RIPPOFF.NEVER again

Hello M. Ben Othman, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wanted to clarify the fee for your visit today. You had performed a full tune up on your car yourself, then you started having issues with the car. You diagnosed/plugged in the car yourself and did not find the cause of the problem. You then brought it to us to be scanned and diagnosed where we then corrected the problem (A spark plug incorrectly gapped that you had installed yourself). We charged you for a basic diagnosis with no extra charge for the repair. This price was quoted to you prior to the work being done/started. Just had an amazing experience with Dilhan at bytek. Professional, courteous, and down to earth. Had the vehicle ready to test drive at the appointed time and had already made sure the transmission was up to temp so we could have some fun in the golf R. If I buy a golf r now it will most definitely be through Dilhan and bytek. Edit: Ended up buying said Golf R! 7 rips! lets go! so far still 5 stars across the board.

Abboud and the entire team at Bytek were very friendly and helpful. Having gone to a few other dealerships looking for a new car, I can sincerely say that the team at VW made the biggest effort help me find something that worked for me.

Best experience I've had at a dealership. I don't know much about cars but Dilhan made it feel very easy for me. He answered any questions I had at any time of day. Definitely will be recommending him to all my friends and family! :)

I purchased a CPO 2018 golf GTI last summer and so far no major issues after 15k km. The sales and financing team are good. JD is very personable. Honestly, I think I could've gotten a better deal but I suck at negotiating and it was peak COVID at the time (prices are even MORE insane now). They did do my 60k km maintenance which was nice. Where this place really shines is their service department. I've been there several times but you can tell these guys actually care about the customer and their vehicle. The biggest issue I've had with the car was an improperly tightened brake caliper which eventually detached itself. However, they replaced the caliper which got scratched and repaired scratches to my wheel. Also, the plastic on my dash decided to randomly crack one day and surprisingly they managed to have it replaced under warranty (when it usually isn't). The service manager and everyone there are great. No complaints there!
