Literally the worst. My horn was fine when taking it in for a different issue. When it came out, the horn didn't work and all staff tried to tell me I had reported a problem with the horn. I didn't, at all. Discussions directly with the manager went absolutely nowhere and was once again told that it was my fault the horn is broken. Avoid at all costs. Update: a better, more reputable place checked out the car and fixed the issue Bytek caused, and couldn't later figure out. The steering wheel buttons needed to be replaced. They could not figure this out after 3 different appointments. Also the manager reached out about a year ago, after they saw this review, said they had a solution and to call them. They never picked up, or returned any of my calls or texts.

Fantastic first VW experience! Tim and Lesley did a wonderful job getting the deal done on our new Atlas and Tim even remembered that my son wanted a new car too :). If you're in the market for a family vehicle we highly recommend the Atlas as the roomiest / most comfortable family vehicle on the market. We are thrilled with our purchase!

First time purchasing from VW and Bytek. Incredible service from the whole team! If you’re looking for a car, Dilhan will go above and beyond to get you into the right vehicle and answer any questions. He is super knowledgeable and very quick to answer at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend Dilhan and the VW Bytek team.

Recently, during a transaction at Bytek Volkswagen in Ottawa, I had the opportunity to do business with Mr. Pierre Hall, sales manager at this dealership. Given that the transaction was between two provinces, I wrongly thought it would be complicated. Mr. Hall has in-depth expertise in the operation of the Quebec and Ontario systems, which is an exception in the region. He was therefore able to explain and guide me precisely through all the steps. He was clear in his explanations and accommodating during our negotiations, which reassured me and convinced me to accept his proposal. I have already shared my positive experience at Bytek Volkswagen with friends, and I will not hesitate to continue to promote it in the future. Once again thank you to Mr. Pierre Hall for his professionalism and honesty. A highly satisfied customer.

Great service, friendly employees, VERY open and forthcoming with information. They really want you to get the car you want, and are willing to explain everything to you at your level (even if you're not a big car person). My brother (who is a car person) came with me and he was also very impressed with their services and client service. I love my new (to me) Jetta!
