Just purchased my Honda Civic coupe. I must say Hunter was great at helping me find the payments I was looking for and structuring a good deal. He made my experience an amazing one along with Stephanie in finance. Everything went smooth and he kept following up with me until I was able to come to the dealership. While living in Hamilton we dealt with one of the dealerships there, but it didn't make sense to go there every time for a service or other needs since moving to Brantford. So far I've had a vehicle service, dealt with the parts department and most recently a vehicle purchase. I can happily say that all of them have been great service! I spoke to Hayden recently on our last vehicle inspection and spoke to him about moving up to an SUV and he took me through all the options from leasing, buying new and used vehicles. Also a special mention to Krista who made the finance part an absolute breeze. Great team service from beginning to end, even following up to see how they did.

This review is specifically about only the service department; The staff was friendly, but the service was kind of disappointing. Brought the car in to have them diagnose an issue. They recommended a couple of things that they were "99% sure" would solve the issue. Bottom line, I spent $400 for their services and replaced the parts they recommended, and all the parts were good and didn't need to be replaced. I'm out $400 and have nothing to show for it and in the time I spent trying to work with them instead of someone else, the issue has progressed to the point where I don't feel safe driving it anymore. Take your money to someone who will care about the service they provide you, which is not Honda

Over a month ago I left the below review, I received an email that the management team would contact me four weeks ago, I drive around in a truck that squeaks so loud its embarrassing. I have recorded the front end squeak to prove how loud it actually is. I have spent $2000 on this truck since purchased. It belonged to one of their mechanics Father's which tells me they knew full well about the issues hence the reason it was traded in. I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra from here. The vehicle was owned by one of their mechanic family members. When I did my purchase agreement with Kat the sales associate I was assured the paint would be professionally touched up over the windshield and the squeak in the steering would be fixed. Within 2 months of purchasing the vehicle, the squeak was back . The paint over the windshield was being touched up by the sales associate as I pulled into parking lot on day of pickup. After three months, I had to replace the brakes all the way around the exhaust had to be replaced and a new battery. Plus a major paintcover up was found on drivers door frame. The towing brake constantly gives an error code. I sent three emails with no response. How is a certified sold with 3 months of brakes. Plus a pay by weekly for a vehicle I am embarrassed to drive because it sqeaks so much.

We have been looking for a new car as we needed a second vehicle. We found a nice car at brantford Honda. Hunter was amazing with the whole process with setting up an appointment to view and test drive the car to dealing with us last minute in deciding to go through with the purchase. We viewed the car on the Friday by Thursday the following week so not even a week later we were driving it off the lot. He made the process extremely easy for our family. Cannot thank him enough

Let me put it this way, I like Brantford Honda’s service department so much that I also bring my Ford in for service. They’re easy to deal with, they have a shuttle service and a nice little lounge to wait if needed.
