Updated: I was unaware of how the preferred pricing worked, so I want to change review. SMP was great place to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I am a little disappointed that when you purchase a brand new vehicle it doesn't even come with a tank of gas. It was almost on E, but we've had the vehicle for a few weeks and are loving it.

Because you qualified for GM's Preferred Pricing, we were able to offer you exclusive incentives and a selling price that is unable to be combined with other incentives. In fact, GM does not allow dealerships to add other incentives or give any other free additions to the customer(ie. Floormats). This is in place to ensure all GM dealers have equal opportunity under the Preferred Pricing Program - these are the guidelines of the program. As for your floor mats, we apologize for the miscommunication. If you haven't installed the mats yet, please bring them into us and we would be happy to install them for you. In addition, you definitely do qualify for 3 months of complimentary OnStar and we apologize if this was not set up for you already. It is definitely our policy to sit in the vehicle with the customer, at time of delivery, and set it up. I had previously given a 5 star review for buying a new vehicle, and I still believe that experience was excellent. However I am very disappointment with my interaction with the service department. I called and had an appointment booked, dropped off my car at 7:00, and was told to arrange a ride because my service would be done by the end of the day. All I needed was a diagnostic test. Instead by 3:00 in the afternoon I was told that my car had not even been seen yet, and asked if I can leave it overnight. I do not understand the point of booking an appointment for a particular day just for my car to not even be seen. I can understand that the service department may be busy and could have had more cars than they expected delayed to the day of my appointment, but if that was the case they could have contacted me and let me know earlier, my phone number and email were given when booking the appointment. I am very disappointed with the quality of service received, or lack thereof. I certainly will not be returning to SMP to have my car serviced and I would advise others to do the same

I'm sorry that our Service Department did not get your vehicle in when promised. With the recent cold spell, we did run into some issues and for that I apologize.

Incredible service and a warm, welcoming environment. Aaron Arganoza was my sales person and did a great job. Throughout our interactions he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I was shown great deals on vehicles within my budget, and I know that I could not have gotten as good a vehicle for as good a price somewhere else. I am excited about my purchase and would highly recommend to other people
