The worst place to buy car ..don't recommend anyone to buy the car here very rude stAff and rip off big time and not willing to listen the client what they have to say even the auto body people are very rude very very bad experience and if by mistake u go there don't deal with Aaron the car sales man at used car ..these people are just Big zero Sad

We went in looking at a dodge durango after searching the market for almost a month, phillip helped us out immediately. We had run out of time and were not able to take the vehicle out for a test drive. He came in on his day off the next day and set us up with our new vehicle. He even drove to my housr to pick me up as my spouse was busy at work. I would recommend dealing with phillip li at smp.

Everyone was super helpful and did a great job of upselling without being pushy about it. I would have liked to see a better breakdown of what each feature cost including the service packages and warranty add ons, but I was in a hurry to buy, so I forgot to ask.

Phil worked tirelessly to get us into a vehicle that matched everything we were looking for, and provided amazing communication throughout the whole process. Phil displayed a high interest in making sure we ended up with a vehicle that we would be happy with. We have now purchased two vehicles from Phil and I can say both times have been really great experiences. I would definitely recommend paying Phil a visit when looking for a vehicle!

Everyone was a great help.. the only think I would suggest is time management.. we spend a total of 7 hours. We came one morning that if which was 2 hours taking then went back that afternoon and had made the decision to buy which was 2 hours. Then we came back the next week to sign papers and that was 3 hours. Time management should be looked at and it should never take more then an hour to do all this.
