Needed an oil change and a new bulb for a headlight, a work order that should have taken no more than 2 hours. It took 6 hours in total. I called after hour 3 to ask how it was going, and they transdered me to a line with no one on it, so I left a message. They never returned my call. After I got my truck back, they had used more than a quarter tank of fuel. It was completely unacceptable service, and highly unprofessional. Do not go here for service jobs. If you do, be prepared to lose your entire day waiting.

Hi Billy - Your name does not come up in our records, so I cannot verify or review your case specifically. Nonetheless, I can confirm we do provide same day service for auto maintenance and repair. Sometimes a vehicle may not immediately go into the shop because we need to wait for jobs currently being completed to finish up. In the event that there is a wait time, we encourage use of our excellent shuttle service that is provided at no charge. For an oil change and headlamp bulb replacement, a road test is not required. Therefore, your vehicle would not have left the compound. Sometimes a fuel gauge will drop in increments, giving the impression of fuel usage, so I understand your mistake. As far as communication is concerned, I do sincerely apologize if you were not kept informed as to the status of your vehicle repair. The worst place to buy car ..don't recommend anyone to buy the car here very rude stAff and rip off big time and not willing to listen the client what they have to say even the auto body people are very rude very very bad experience and if by mistake u go there don't deal with Aaron the car sales man at used car ..these people are just Big zero Sad
