Everyone was a great help.. the only think I would suggest is time management.. we spend a total of 7 hours. We came one morning that if which was 2 hours taking then went back that afternoon and had made the decision to buy which was 2 hours. Then we came back the next week to sign papers and that was 3 hours. Time management should be looked at and it should never take more then an hour to do all this.

Good and friendly environment. Good staff and sales people. Jeff Brown was my sales person. Jeff is very professional, not pushy and gave me plenty of time and room for thinking and deciding. Gave me a good deal which perfectly fits my budget. Also would like to mention Tom Walker, the right person to talk to. Tom will give you a professional advice and valuable opinion. Happy with the purchase and defiantly would recommend to other people

This is the second vehicle I have purchased through SMP. Both times I have worked with Eben in sales and he has been fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable and easy going - I’ve never felt pressured just to make a sale. Dean provided information and service regarding financing and extended warranty and made the experience simple and straightforward. I have also taken my SUV back to the dealership for all service (ie. oil changes and body work after an accident) and can only say positive things. Thanks to the entire team at SMP for providing an ongoing 5 star experience!
