I leased a Cruze through Dana Golden and later passed my lease along to someone else through CHris Blanchard. The whole experience has been very enjoyable. At each step of the way, Dane, Chris or any member of Ontario Motor Sales has gone over and above to ensure that I received the best possible service and they ensure that I am always completely satisfied. Called looking for a very specific Car. Mike Hayes found it for me and made all the arrangements to get me my dream car in record time. Great experience and would highly recommend Mike Hayes and the rest of the OMS team.

Arrived at OMS and Cecil was standing at the entrance as if waiting for me. After briefly speaking with him I knew I was going to buy a truck that day. Taking a drive in my truck clenched the deal. Later that day Cecil called and said we have a problem, some body damages were detected. Nevertheless Cecil assured me the truck would be repaired as new. He introduced me to his boss and I was quite comfortable with the honesty I felt that day. I drove the truck on my vacation and brought the truck back for repair. I was greeted by Cecil as if he was waiting my return. The truck was repaired like new. I even purchased the rust package (Diamond Kote) with Cecil's assistance. To this day I have not regretted purchasing this vehicle. Most of all I was gratefully meeting a fine gentleman like Cecil. May God bless him and OMS for the Fast Friendly and Fantastic Services.

We have bought our third vehicle from Ryan McNutt. Ryan always goes above and beyond what you would expect from car salesman. He is very knowledgeable about all makes and models. When in the middle of buy a Mercedes then we received a call from Ryan asking us if we would like to come down and test drive a new Cadillac....well all I can say is we went down and came home owning a new Cadillac. Ryan McNutt does a wonderful job and makes buying a new vehicle a nice experience and we will continue to buy from Ryan in the future.

We just bought our new car at OMS with our favorite salesperson, Scott Stewart! We had some idea of what we were looking for but as in the past, Scott knew exactly what we needed. Everyone was helpful, from the front reception to the lovely lady who took my money! I have purchased most of my vehicles from Scott and was very impressed with the service at OMS. Scott obviously loves his job and it shows. Go see Scott!

Andrew Johnston and Kristi Sawyer worked very hard to achieve the goal that we had of owning this vehicle. They both went over and above what I expected from a dealership. The level of respect and courteousness was truly outstanding. I have absolutely no problem referring them to my friends, colleagues and volunteers. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a very long time but will remain a customer of OMS through their maintenance centre, if they are half the team Andrew and Kristi are I know I am going to be very happy.

Ryan was very reasonable to deal with. He made the negotiation easy and we felt excited about the new vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the features that were new to us and guided us through hooking up bluetooth devices etc. Thanks Ryan.

The car needed a wheel alignment which I had to pay for! The Car had a broken part which I still have not received. The interior of the car was dirty...found old french fries under the seat...The battery was completely corroded causing my daughter to be stranded when the car wouldn't start. I paid for a new battery and the labour costs to remove the corroded terminal. All of the aforesaid was communicated to the dealer. No apology, no follow up. Given the aforementioned how would you have rated the experience?!
