Sherwood Honda's new commercial. Wow, i can't believe the sexism. All the woman cares about is the colour of the vehicle? Shame on you, oh and I will not be shopping for my next vehicle with you.

Hello Anita, Wow, we really did not see this commercial in that light during production. We did outsource the production of the commercial and I apologize if it offended you or anyone else. I can assure you that we do not have any sexist practices, we believe in absolute equality. Two out of three of our owners are actually woman! We have pulled the commercial from running now as well. It was a pleasure to meet with Robert Sigfledeen today. We came with a car in mind and he made the deal happen. Lovely place where everyone seems to respect each other. We will definitely refer to them.

I bought a Brand New HRV in December which I loved at first and then after a month or two of ownership and nothing but issues i grew very displeased with it. After back and forth conversations with Quinn, the GM, about my displeasure he went out of his way to get me something I absolutely love, My new civic. I cant thank Quinn, Sharon and Merv enough for going out of their way to make me happy. I will never purchase another Honda anywhere else!! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Well had very good experience with Robert at Sherwood Honda I first bought 2011 jeep wrangler from there an had no issues with it ran great for the year that I had it for . Then I wanted to buy a truck so I just went back to look an seen a black Dodge Ram that I really wanted so I was talking to Robert again and he made it happen that day give me good trade-in dollars for my jeep and was in the truck that day Servise was amazing never had any issues with the vehicle so I'm wanting to get a brand-new Dodge truck so I'm going back for my third vehicle Service was great thanks Robert

BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. They aren't just helpful during the sales process, but afterwards too. Let's start from the beginning. I had written off a vehicle and was in the market for a new one. I didn't want to spend too much so I was shopping around really diligently and started comparing Honda dealerships across Edmonton after test driving a 2016 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing Technologies. The first one I went to tried to scam me on extras and didn't know whether or not my winter tires would fit. Not knowledgeable or professional. The next one didn't want to go down on price to match the first one's Black Friday deal. Then I talked to Dylan and Sherwood Honda. Dylan was not only able to match the first dealership's Black Friday deal but BEAT IT out of the water with little perks here and there - gas card, VIP, and a great deal on a remote starter for those cold winter days. He also told me my winter tires would fit showing that he actually knows his stuff. Between Dylan, Finance and service, they exhibited superior knowledge, customer service and excellent pricing. Really, a no-brainer - without regrets I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic. In February, my parked BEAUTIFUL car was hit by a drunk driver... My insurance company has been giving me the run-around for nearly two months and is refusing to work with me. So I called Sherwood Honda and - thankfully - Dylan called me back. He was able to give me good advice about how to go forward and even provided an expert's phone number for their opinion. Not only that, but that expert is actually refusing to sell anything to me until everything's resolved - because that's INTEGRITY. Dylan also makes sure that I'm taken care of every step of the way and is willing to work with me further regardless of what happens with this claim. I can't say that my insurance company compares to the bright and shining customer service I get from my car dealership - which is as sad as it reads - but I'm confident that as long as they keep doing what they're doing that I'll be a lifelong customer of Sherwood Honda. And Dylan deserves the best of the best!

I had a great experience with Jimmy during the test drive and while we were negotiating my purchase as well as him tutoring me on operating the many new and innovative features on my New Honda Accord with the touring package.
