We are still waiting for our promised car seat. It is has been over 5 weeks since the deal has closed. We have it in the sales contract that the eighth seat would be provided but I guess we should have added a date or an equivalent dollar amount if they didn't find a seat. Disappointing considering that the rest of the deal went well. We have a second child coming very soon and this seat is absolutely essential.

The whole experience was not too bad, the reason I gave 2 stars is because of all the "jumping through hoops" I had to do just to get approved for financing on a used 2012 vehicle. This process lasted a bit over a week, I ended up going to North Star Hyundai and purchased a new 2016 vehicle approved in less then 24 hours also with 13% less interest then offered by Honda. The staff was great but the finance part was just too long of a process. Also if they had gone over numbers and explained to me the cost of a new vehicle compared to used I may have purchased a new Honda instead, as long as the finance part was not another week long process. Go see Todd, great guy!

They need to upgrade their GOD DAMN car wash system!!! It's 2016 and they still using the old school big brushes which scratched my car and they had to buff it out!! Why not get a TOUCHLESS CAR WASH!! Even though my file clearly says NO CAR WASH but noooooo, they just took it in and while it was almost done they came and asked if I needed a car wash ..... Are u serious? Customer service and sales time are on point but damn this mistake...

Working with Jimmy was excellent. We appreciated his knowlwdge and great customer service while looking for and prcasing the vehicle we bought. We were told to give him a call if there were any problems and when we did, we were advised there is nothing they can do. The request was simply that the seatbelt on driver side seem to not workcorrect, but instead of suggesting we bring it in for them to take a look, we were advised, their mechanic can not fix this. Due to that, it really dissheartens me and that is why we chose to not purchase our nxt vehicle there. Instead we wenr to a nother dealer, VW for our SUV and the choics was between the Honda and VW. We really liked Jimmy and Amanda, but follow thru with supportas not acceptable.

Long story short, I purchased a new truck from Southtown Dodge and due to their dishonesty I was suckered into a higher interest loan than I should have been. I asked them to make it right and they refused. I did some searching around via google and decided to see If I could refinance with the finance department at Sherwood Honda. I met with Robert Siffledeen and explained that I wanted to refinance my current loan at a lower rate. He made it happen in less than an hour and I was on my way out the door with a new interest rate 1.25% less than my old one and a year less owing on my term. The fact that they refinanced a loan on a vehicle that wasn't even purchased from them really speaks volumes to me about their level of customer service. There was absolutely ZERO pressure to buy a Honda, I was not asked once to trade in my truck and purchase a new vehicle through them. It was easily the best experience at a dealership I ever had even if It was just refinancing a loan. Due to Robert's awesome customer service my wife and I will be purchasing our next vehicle there for sure. While we were waiting for the financing approval we test drove a honda and there was again no high pressure salesmen trying to force us into a new car when we returned. This dealership truly is a no pressure environment and I really appreciate that. Huge thanks to Robert Siffledeen for helping me out. Sherwood Honda has definitely gained our business and we will be back in the future. Southtown Dodge should really take a page out of Sherwood Honda's book. Go see Robert Siffledeen!!!!

We went to quite a few dealerships before we decided to purchase at Sherwood Honda. They were the only place to offer us a fair price right from the start. Everyone else tried to work an additional $10,000 into the payments and hope we wouldn't notice. *Always calculate the end price (payments x payment period) to find the actual price and ask them to explain how they got there. If they are on the level they should have no problem explaining it* Everyone was friendly and accommodating and their customer service was excellent. There was no pressure or annoying daily phone calls like some of the other dealerships. Me and my girlfriend each purchased a vehicle and had difficulty financing both at the same time. The finance department worked very hard to get both vehicles financed and match the quoted price even with a change in interest rate. I would highly recommend Sherwood Honda, specifically Hoang and Keneel as they worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy and got us into our new vehicles as soon as possible. I can personally say that I will be a Sherwood Honda customer for life.
