Always taken care of with great customer service

Oil change and winter tire change out to summer ones was the service provided. There is always a courtesy ride to where you have to go along with quick intake service and a smile.

My wife and I bring our vehicles to Performance Kia for all our service needs. This includes everything from oil changes, like the most recent visit, to the largest jobs, like the 96,000km service I had done on my Sorento last year. If there's ever a problem, they don't quit until it's solved to our satisfaction!

Disappointed it took so long to get the part. I was without my car for a week. Only eligible for a rental vehicle for one day due to things beyond my control. Shouldn't be this way!

Just a brief note to say thank you to the Service Team at Performance Kia. Although I waited 10 weeks for my new backup camera to come in from Korea ( apparently I'm wasn't the only one ), the service team fixed my camera issue, swapped out my winter tires ( 2 snow storms since, okay, my bad ) and found an issue with the front suspension that I was not aware of. Parts were ordered and came in within 4 days (much better time response), my next service is scheduled and I am looking forward to having my car run like it's new again.

I went for an oil change and was told that they were behind schedule. I wasn't expecting it to be as long of a wait as was, I didn't mind but it had to leave and come back.
