Car wasn't completed on time

I needed my car by noon and was told it would be done by then. When I called at 1130 it wasn't ready, when I said I could take a later lunch that didn't work as the mechanics were going on lunch. I then had to get my car at 430 and was told it was "just finished" meanwhile I dropped it off at 8am.

Buying a car with Cindy as our connection was very positive. She listened to what we wanted, needed, could handle - with respect and understanding. The finances were handled by Charlene who was totally focused on us and our needs. The sales rep and the finance rep worked together so seamlessly - we felt completely supported and cared about the whole time.

My vehicle was taken very good care of. Things were explained well. Employees are very kind and helpful. My visit did take longer than i had hoped but i always feel that i dont have to worry about anything after they have checked things over both rear bearrings , front , both rear brakes. Filters and oil change. Great service.

Tim was a huge help with getting my first vehicle. He was straight up about the vehicle and transaction and details. He also made me feel very valued to be there. Even after I already purchased the vehicle and was having issues with the Bluetooth, he and Ari tried to figure out the problem themselves to the best of their ability, and eventually they got it figured out! Didn't cost a single nickle. The vehicle has been working out well so far, and exactly as described/detailed by Tim. I haven't gone for the five free oil changes yet, but I might leave another review after a good amount of time has passed to see how things go in the future. Also a shout-out to Ari for the help with financing, great help there too!

Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel at home. They had everything ready to go respectful of the fact we had a long drive ahead of us. All our questions were answered and requests were met. We definitely would go back when we are ready to trade again.
