I had to call Kia twice about my appointment. When I spoke to the second gentleman, he had no record of my previous appointment I had made or any of my cars information. I was told a 4 hour time frame for my appointment as I have to drive to thunderbay from Atikokan. It ended up being the entire day so I ended up driving back to Atikokan in the dark. I normally have good experiences with Kia but this time I found very poor communication and felt like I wasn't treated like a customer should be.

Maintenance / service was provided for our K900 , reception was very courteous and friendly upon arrival .I was given all the information as it related to what was going to be done .I was offered a coffee while I was waiting for a replacement vehicle for my use while they were doing the maintenance scheduled for the day .Upon return I was given the info on the maintenance that was done ,they were very professional and it was well described. Vehicle was returned cleaned .

booked first oil change when I i purchased new vehicle November 5th , 2015 arrived on time at dealership , appointment was for 9 AM , job was done approximately 10:50 I was not asked if I a Rewards Card ( I forgot to mention that too) also I was under the impression that the car was to be washed , after the oil change it was not I will admit I could be mistaken on that fact TY

Had my can towed and dropped off at Kia. They fixed the problem and had it ready to go the following day in the afternoon.

We truly had a wonderful experience dealing with Cindy Levanto-Kawahara at Performance Kia from the moment she greeted us to the very end when we walked away with our new Kia Sorento. Cindy was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable about the vehicles, ensured she understood our needs and made every effort to provide us with what we were looking forward. She took the time to show us around and introduce us to the various departments - everyone we were introduced to were friendly and welcoming. We recommend Cindy and the team at Performance Kia Thunder Bay to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle - they make you feel like a family member. Cindy has gone far and beyond her regular responsibilities when she replied to one our text messages while on her vacation and even three months into our purchase has inquired to see if all is going well! First of all, Alyssa should be given a raise, because she's such an asset to your business! I loved her for both my car purchases from there. Charlene also was great, very personable and did a great job! If anything negative to say, was that the financing was a bit rough. Charlene had to keep taking us back and forth from the new car dealership to the used dealership to finish up the financing. That was a bit annoying, esp since I have issues with my feet and the walking was causing me pain. Not her fault at all, but there isn't enough offices I suppose in the new building? A little mistake was made regarding my insurance. Insurance was supposed to be on my car when I drove it out of the lot, but when I drove to my insurance company to pick up the papers, they said they had not received any paperwork for me yet. So I drove the car with no insurance. That was only for a few blocks, but nonetheless, it should have been taken care of. Other than that I have no complaints. I love my new Soul and I will be back again to get another car from your dealership. I find the staff very friendly, to where I feel like part of the family. Thanks! Lori
